T42<birdzhang> @Verevka86 exactly the same problem on vince (hybris 14.1/armv7hl). Btw, upgrade from 4.1.0.24 to 4.2.0.21 works well.12:43
T42<Verevka86> Yes, 4.1.0.24 works well, but I don't have obs and therefore can't update :( (re @birdzhang: @Verevka86 exactly t...)12:47
T42<NotKit> I saw similar issue with SFOS-on-Halium on Poco M3, but it was due to mapplauncherd failing12:49
T42<NotKit> using PinePhone build from https://build.sailfishos.org/package/show/nemo:devel:hw:pine:dontbeevil/mapplauncherd helped12:49
T42<NotKit> https://github.com/sailfishos/mapplauncherd/commit/f24871adb2f01ef3f7cbd8a53e6093951804558712:49
T42<NotKit> Poco M3 has 4.19 kernel though, not sure if it may cause issues on older devices12:51
T42<birdzhang> Thank you, i will give a try12:53
T42<Verevka86> Thanks a lot, I'll check it too12:59
*** attah_ is now known as attah13:10
T42<elros34> @birdzhang @Verevka86  which kernel version do you use? Some kernels < 3.8 needs patches for mount namespace.13:11
T42<elros34> < 3.8 nedds mount namespace patches13:11
T42<birdzhang> @elros34 3.1813:12
T42<elros34> ok so something different13:13

T42<A_T_R> The above files links,versions are correct ?? (edited)13:19
T42<elros34> sure, 4.2.0.21 is latest sfos release13:19
T42<A_T_R> https://releases.sailfishos.org/sdk/installers/latest/Jolla-latest-SailfishOS_Platform_SDK_Chroot-i486.tar.bz2 ? This is latest ? 4.2.0.21m13:20

T42<Verevka86> 4.4 (re @elros34: @birdzhang @Verevka8...)13:21
T42<elros34> @A_T_R probably not but it's not a big deal, maybe try this one: https://releases.sailfishos.org/sdk/installers/3.6.6/13:22

T42<A_T_R> Thanks I got it13:24
T42<Verevka86> How can I make obs for my device and add OTA support?13:25
T42<birdzhang> @NotKit wow, it's working now, thank you very much ;)13:29
T42<birdzhang> @Verevka86 it's worth a try13:29
T42<Verevka86> 👍 (re @birdzhang: @Verevka86 it's wort...)13:30
T42<elros34> so maybe issue is somehow related, that commit remove checking mount namespace: /proc/<pid>/mnt/ns13:41
T42<elros34> ns/mnt*13:41
T42<Verevka86> https://hastebin.com/dopoxizoda.properties14:37
T42<Verevka86> how do I add it to a local build?14:38
T42<elros34> Isn't it already added? line 5 in your log14:39
T42<Verevka86> Just confused the log further, is everything all right? (re @elros34: Isn't it already add...)14:41
T42<elros34> not sure, you need to check whether you use correct version. According to Thekit link on obs you should build 51abc46, but you are building bfd863a14:44
T42<elros34> How about you get logs from failing mapplauncherd instead?14:46
T42<Verevka86> @elros34 Need help17:23
T42<adampigg> pinephone had a similar issue and had to build another version of mapplauncherd17:24
T42<Verevka86> I fork https://github.com/SailfishOS-sagit/mapplauncherd17:25
T42<Verevka86> and hard reset17:25
T42<Verevka86> And build- rpm/dhd/helpers/build_packages.sh --mw=https://github.com/SailfishOS-sagit/mapplauncherd17:25
T42<Verevka86> Add patterns- Requires: mapplauncherd17:26
T42<Verevka86> Rebuild droid-configs and rpm/dhd/helpers/build_packages.sh -i17:26
T42<Verevka86> The situation hasn't changed, did I do everything right?17:27
T42<elros34> doesn't looks like. Adding Requires: mapplauncherd is pointless because it's already pulled and installed on your device. You only need to provide higher version then the one in jolla repo. In your fork you "revert revert" so basically you have added patch which probably cause issues for you.20:01
