T42<edp_17> piggz: qcom (all of them are samsung exynos devices)06:04
T42<edp_17> It would be nice if that works without patching. (re @elros34: @edp_17 I haven't ti...)06:15
T42<elros34> yeah I doubt landscape mode was fixed but at least cursor code  is there06:17
T42<edp_17> I haven't get rid of audit yet but here is mount and logcat: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/69sXBGgRtB/ (re @elros34: @edp_17 about fstab:...)06:20
T42<edp_17> I don't have '/usr/libexec/droid-hybris/system/lib64/libselinux_stubs.so' however I do have '/usr/libexec/droid-hybris/system/lib/libselinux_stubs.so'06:21
T42<elros34> do you use hybris-16 or 17?06:22
T42<elros34> according to logcat 17 but selinux_sutbs.so are in 1606:24
T42<elros34> Didn't you mixup sparse?06:25
T42<edp_17> It seems I copied the files (including hwservicemanager.rc) mentioned at the hybris-16.0 section in hadq-faq.06:31
T42<edp_17> Tbh hadk-faq is a bit confusing.06:32
T42<edp_17> On device, I have removed all hybris-14.1 and hybris-16.0 related files and symlinks from /usr/libexec/droid-hybris/system/etc/ then rebooted. Logcat: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Pwv3Tdj69J/06:44
T42<elros34> do you have selinux enabled in permissive mode?07:16
T42<edp_17> I've added the selinux and its content into sparse/etc/ and I have selinux=0 in kernel cmd line.07:25
T42<elros34> so you have selinux disabled but according to faq it should be enabled, not sure how strict that is but logcat error suggest some selinux issue07:27
T42<edp_17> The hadk-faq says "make it permissive", how can I do that? I have CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_PERMISSIVE=y in defconfig. Is it that?07:28
T42<edp_17> I'll change to selinux=1 and retry.07:29
T42<edp_17> @elros34 : New log: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/cgg4GGjHSY/09:03
T42<edp_17> @elros34 : I've seen you suggested somebody to get journal, dmesg and logcat. Here they are.10:06
T42<edp_17> journalctl: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/byfGYyJtHV/10:06
T42<edp_17> dmesg: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/sfsxT3qY8K/10:07
T42<edp_17> logcat: https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/snC7rRMHnT/10:07

T42<elros34> @edp_17  for '"libandroidicu.so" not found' error you sould easily find solution in notes or channel log. Can't be sure from partial logs so check in early dmesg that selinux is really in permissive mode. Did you copy actual files or symlinks to etc/selinux/?18:15
T42<kquote03> @Spidey24Z read from here, i was confused why that error looled familiar, try to read down a little maybe you can fix it also (re @SailfishFreenodeIRCBridgeBot: <mal>that "error rea...)18:28
T42<edp_17> Thanks, I'll search for that error. How do you mean partial logs? I've taken all those right after a fresh boot in three separated consoles. I though this is the way to collect proper logs. (re @elros34: @edp_17  for '"liban...)19:01
T42<elros34> you can clearly see that journal is not full, probably due to audit spam so you would need to be faster to get whole log or enable persistent logging. Similar for dmesg, it starts since 1.2s so I will not call this proper logs19:09
T42<edp_17> Ah, I see. I switch on persistent logging to see the beginning and will post them.19:25
